Hands in Clay Workshop is a mindful journey through touch, texture, and imagination. With each pinch, coil, and sculpt, your hands become storytellers, shaping clay into one-of-a-kind pieces.
Hands in Clay Workshop is a mindful journey through touch, texture, and imagination. With each pinch, coil, and sculpt, your hands become storytellers, shaping clay into one-of-a-kind pieces. In our first session (June 7, 2025), we’ll mold and create with raw clay. In the second (June 14, 2025), we’ll decorate and bring our pieces to life with color and design.
This hands-on workshop combines art education with wellness by guiding participants through the fundamentals of pottery hand-building. While learning basic clay techniques, attendees will also engage in conversations around stress management, relaxation, and self-care. The experience encourages mindfulness, creativity, and emotional release, offering a calming, supportive space to reconnect with oneself through the healing power of art.
