Fleur + Forage Free Clinic herbalist Marie-Lies Van Asten leads patrons through simple identification of medicinal and culinary plants growing all around us, as well as how and when to harvest, and basic kitchen preparations for plant enthusiasts of all levels. Suitable for general audience.
Attendees will leave with:
1. Skills for identifying local edible plants
2. Learn kitchen and simple medicinal preparations for harvesting & processing local edible plants
3. Gain basic plant identification knowledge to support survivalist skills and resilience
