A live ensemble demonstrates the traditional style for kids and explains how to listen to it.
In celebration of Jazz Appreciation Month and America's only true art form, the Forest Park Library offers a performance for children ages 6-13 to provide an understanding about how to listen to traditional forms of jazz music by way of a live jazz combo. Children get to take part in the music by way of scat singing. Great for kids, fun for everyone!
