A live ensemble demonstrates the power of jazz-rock and other fusion styles for teens.
The Forest Park Library's celebration of Jazz Appreciation Month continues with another performance for teens and all audiences featuring the blending of jazz with other popular forms into a sophisticated style that has grown since the late 1960s. Guests get an explanation and demonstration of the fusion style that brings both jazz and rock music together. This program is designed specifically for teens, but the entire family will enjoy the music.
