Outside the Barn Series: Your Wealth, Your Legacy, Your Future
The Outside the Barn Series is our way of bringing essential services and education directly to the community. Through this series, we aim
to redefine the relationship between land, property valuation, agriculture, and community wealth-building by thinking
"outside the barn"—beyond traditional perspectives and outdated systems.
Thinking Outside the Barn
For too long, agriculture and land ownership have been perceived as distant concepts, disconnected from everyday urban
life. However, the reality is that food security, land stewardship, and property valuation affect all communities, rural and
urban alike. Outside the Barn challenges this perception by demonstrating how land and real estate are critical to wealthbuilding, sustainability, and economic empowerment—especially for Black farmers, landowners, and urban growers.
